Indicator’s Purpose
The indicator measures the number of the target communities whose members completed the Vulnerability and Capacity Assessment, agreed on the follow-up actions and documented them.
How to Collect and Analyse the Required Data
1) Count the number of communities with a fully completed Vulnerability and Capacity Assessment and a clear plan specifying what actions will be taken (by whom, when) as a result of the assessment's findings.
