To measure to which extent the groups have increased their capacity to design and implement their own activities and plans.
How to Collect and Analyse the Required Data
The team should use the following means of verification:
- Group reporting - narrative
- Peer monitoring
- Post-distribution monitoring
- Most significant change (MSC)
