Climate risk integration

The indicator identifies the extent to which climate risks are integrated in the sectoral interventions in a project to enhance climate resilience. The indicator can be used for internal evaluations

Below are a list of closed questions that explore the consideration of climate risks in planned interventions. It is also possible to formulate open questions that can be used during a discussion with the project team.

1) Not identified, not addressed – Sector-specific climate risks are neither identified nor incorporated into the project.

2) Identified, not addressed – Sector-specific climate risks are included but no measures are included to address them.

3) Identified, minimally addressed – Some measures are included, but they are limited effectiveness.

4) Identified, adequately addressed – Sector-specific climate risks are integrated into the project through targeted and effective interventions that address the risks identified.
