Calculate the indicator value: [cash to local groups] / [total realized country budget] * 100%

Local groups’ mean: groups of more than 1 household or persons (cash distributed to individuals or individual households should not be included);
Budget utillised by ZOA is not to be counted (e.g. indirect activity costs like salary or logistics)
Cash distributions to local groups contributes to strengthening local ownership.
