Participation of Vulnerable Groups

The indicator assesses the participation/ success rate of vocational training students from vulnerable group(s), such as certain ethnic minorities, people with disabilities or unemployed youth.

1) Review VET institutions’ data on enrolment and completion of the given vulnerable group as well as of the total number of students.

2) To calculate the indicator's value, divide the number of students from given vulnerable groups who participate in/completed the vocational training by the total number of students who participate in/completed the training. Multiply the result by 100 to convert it to a percentage. 

Disaggregate the data by gender.
