What is its purpose?

Measuring the satisfaction rate of the population that should be serviced by the land administration services as a way to measure the performance of these services.

How to Collect and Analyse the Required Data

Data can be collected through a survey using the Likert scale, asking the question: 

  • How satisfied are you with the performance of the land administration service, on a scale from 1 to 5:
    • 1 = Very dissatisfied
    • 2 = Dissatisfied
    • 3 = Neutral
    • 4 = Satisfied
    • 5 = Very satisfied
